This 750 sqft, 2-bedroom suite is a perfect home away from home during your visit in Denver. Completely private space with private front door entrance and a shared backyard. Only steps from the Sloan's Lake and minutes to Downtown and LoHi neighborhood, Football/Baseball stadium, amazing restaurants, lake access, walking trails, courts and more! Short drive to the famous Rocky Mountains and the Red Rock Amphitheater (Easy access to I-70, Route 6 & I-25).
The space
This 750 sqft private suite is on the 1st floor of a 2-story house.
* Smart lock private front door entrance (Self-check-in).
* Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, kitchen island, fully stocked coffee bar and kitchen supplies.
* Living and Dining Area: 65" Smart TV, couch, accent chair, and dining room table seating for 4 people.
* Master Bedroom (Queen bed)
* Private Bedroom (Queen bed)
* Full Bathroom
* Your own central heating and cooling system controlled by Nest Smart Thermostat.
* Only steps (three houses) from the lake.
* Convenient, easy, free street parking out front.
* Shared backyard, and pups (miniature goldendoodle & golden retriever) will be playing out there from time to time.
Amenities: kitchen supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, steam iron, towels, coffee/tea bar and more.
The location is very convenient. Groceries stores such as King Sooper and Target are within walking distance (less than 1 mile). Restaurants are close by, parks, breweries, edgewater marketplace, salons, shopping, coffee - you name it!
Guest access
Guests have completely private access to the entire suite and a shared backyard. Smart lock code will be provided 48 hours prior. Check-in can be at any time after 3 pm.
Parking is easy - we have plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. City of Denver street sweeping occurs the second week of each month, April - November.

It’s really nice Two bedroom I just wish it wouldn’t say on the description that it sleeps 6 cause it only sleeps 4 and the extra person fee is double then described on the vrbo app. The trash on the kitchen was full didn’t find where to dispose of it. But it really central located and a beautiful place
