Phil was very accommodating. We came here to see a concert at Red Rocks it was a perfect location to everything we wanted to do in Colorado. 25 to red rocks an hour to Breckenridge. Cute little space with plenty of plug ins and fans in each room even. Thanks Phil!

The home was perfect for our stay in Denver! Close to downtown. A nice park/lake nearby for walking/jogging. We definitely recommend!

it was just the right size for the 4 of us. Internet was a little slow but we had a TV, 2 iPads and 4 phones on pretty much all the time. location is fantastic- so close to everything we wanted to do downtown. Hot tub was big enough for all 4 of us. had a nice back yard if you did bring a pet. we did not, but it was very secure. Host did come over to check on us when we got in, but was out of our way the whole week. I had his number to text if we needed anything but we never ended up needing anything
