• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.
• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.
• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.
• Key left inside the lock.
• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.
The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
For your security, close the doors, windows/shutters and activate the alarm (if applicable) when you leave.

Villa stands in a beautiful location. Private and quiet lane which leads down to the beach a short walking distance away. Watch the sun go down from the upstairs balcony. Secure garden with a beautiful pool. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Agent on hand 24/7. to help with any questions.
Family of 6 adults. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Location is the best, the house decoration and furniture was beautiful and very nice and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with enough china and silver, something not common in Rented houses.
Pool was great.
Bath towels refreshed every 3 days. Missed cleaning service - included but canceled due to Covid situation.
Checkin Portugal service, kindness and flexibility was great too.
Outside lighting, garden was very dark at night and all lamps were off - the switch’s were locked.
The 4th bathroom (the social one) was locked however on the house details 4 bathrooms were published.
For a house for 8 adults there were only 2 pool chairs available, definitely not enough and the outside furniture in general was in very bad condition.

Excellent service from checkin portugal. House well located but bathrooms and kitchen are dated (and not possible to use several showers at same time) and 2 bedrooms are in seperate annex from house. We did have very nice stay
