About this villa rental
Villa Saint John is an extraordinary property with stunning views over the sea, ideal for those seeking comfort and memorable moments in Albufeira.
The spacious room is bright and inviting, perfect for socialising and relaxation. The villa has a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds en suite with shower and a bedroom with two single beds, complemented by a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals conveniently whilst enjoying the panoramic sea view.
On the exterior, the villa offers a heatable swimming pool (additional cost) and a barbecue area, providing leisure time and outdoor dining. The terraces offer the perfect space to contemplate the sunset and relax outdoors.
Located next to an ecological reserve and very close to the best beaches and restaurants in Albufeira, the villa combines tranquillity, nature and easy access to everything the region has to offer.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Saint John. The views over the sea are absolutely stunning and really make the experience special, especially at sunset. The villa is spacious, clean and very comfortable, with well-equipped bedrooms and everything we needed for our stay. The pool area and terraces were perfect for relaxing during the day. The location is also excellent, very peaceful but still close to beaches and restaurants in Albufeira. Highly recommended.

The villa is amazing and very spacious for our group. Being right next to the ecological reserve made it so quiet, yet we were so close to the best beaches. We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces and balconies were perfect for watching the sunset. We also enjoyed dinner at a traditional restaurant in the center.

Villa Saint John was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The sea views were breathtaking, the villa was spacious and comfortable, and the heated pool made our stay even more enjoyable. Its peaceful location, close to beautiful beaches and restaurants, was simply perfect.

we have booked "Villa Saint John" for a one week vacation with 9 person (4 adults / 5 kids)
Communication with local representative was easy and entering the house as well.
At our arrival at late evening we found the house in a not perfect condiction. There has been a strong smell in some of the bathroom and the rest of the house seamed to need a urgent ventilation. Floors had not been really clean and we found hairs and dirt spots in the beds! After one hour of cleaning it was ok.
Bedise that we had technical issues: one shower head was defect, one door knob was dfective, soil pipe of the kitchen sink was leaking. We reported this issued to the local office and all was handled within 24 hours.
Generally speaking this is a nice house on a great spot. View from terasse is great and all rooms offer enough space for a huge group of people. The pool is huge enough to have fun and the sun deck is equiped with sunloungers and parasols.
Some of the house facilities are pretty worn and it would be good to have replacement to make a stay there more enjoyable.
