About this villa rental
Villa Moorea is a spacious 6-bedroom residence, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and stunning sea views. The expansive living and dining room offers a welcoming environment for moments of socialising and relaxation.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, both en suite with shower, and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, both en suite with shower, complemented by a terrace with spectacular views.
On the lower floor, there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds en suite with shower and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, as well as a service bathroom.
On this property, there is a fully equipped gymnasium and a games room with a snooker table and table football, ideal for entertainment for all ages.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing meals to be prepared in a practical and comfortable way.
On the exterior, the private swimming pool (heated as an extra) is the perfect place to relax, accompanied by a covered barbecue for outdoor meals.
Villa Moorea is located in Galé, near restaurants, supermarkets and the beach, offering an ideal location for a relaxing holiday close to all amenities.
The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 14 guests.
From the 15th to the 18th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

Lovely villa with everything you needed for a great stay. Only criticism would be the basement accommodation, not enough wardrobes & drawers for possibly 6/8 people and it did smell quite musty.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the spacious and welcoming environment. Everything was well organized and comfortable. The airport transfer service made our arrival very smooth.

The villa was very comfortable and well equipped, perfect for spending quality time together. The boat tour service offered by the company was a fantastic addition to our holiday.

The Villa and location was excellent. Exactly as communicated and promoted and the area was perfect for what we were looking for with close proximity to supermarket, beach and restaurants. The issues came after we checked out and a significant amount of security deposit was withheld and never returned due to dirty bedding. Photos were shared of bedding where there was supposedly staining that was unable to be removed but with no time stamp and no clear definition of the staining. I was also completely surprised that I was charged for this - if aware of this level, I would have inspected the property upon check in including the bedding and towels. This way of customer service and property management leads me to believe this is a common trait when handling the return of security deposit. Finding a reason to take additional money for the property. A real shame given how much we enjoyed the property.
