Ideal for family vacations or with friends, it can accommodate 6 people. Sea-front consists of 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160cm and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm), with private bathrooms and toilets.

You will appreciate its standing, the magnificent sunsets on the Soufrière and the lowland.
You will not get tired of the view, Marie-Galante, La Dominique, Les Saintes and Basse-Terre, and the bottom of the butterfly.
You may be lucky enough to see whales passing by.

The villa is located in the commune of Saint-François, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. At 45 minutes drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Saint-François and find all the amenities: Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy, Fish market, Night market.
You will not miss the famous Marina of Saint-François, where you will be able to enjoy restaurants with a varied menu, as well as shopping in its numerous boutiques. The international golf course of Saint-François, the Casino, and the Aerodrome are all located only 5 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.
The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (beach of the clear grapes, beach of Bois Jolan, and beach of the Caravelle) are only 5 minutes away from your superb vacation villa. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La villa est très bien située, spacieuse, calme, très bien équipée, avec une superbe vue sans vis à vis. Accueil de qualité. La meilleure villa sur 4 locations en Guadeloupe.
