Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this villa spread over three levels can accommodate up to 10 travellers. It is composed as follows:



On the ground floor, you will find a lounge area with sofas, bookcase and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. You will also find the independent, well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker) to prepare delicious meals. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan lounge/dining room overlooking the terrace, a separate well-equipped kitchen as well as 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathroom. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed (160/200) and the third is equipped with two single beds.



On the upper floor, you will find an air-conditioned suite equipped with a king size bed (180/200) with its private bathroom (shower and bathtub) as well as an open office space.



For your comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal. You will be able to park up to two vehicles in the villa's private car park.

You will enjoy a large covered terrace equipped with a spacious outdoor lounge, ideal for savouring your evening ti punch whilst admiring the sunset view. You can also have your meals on the terrace and make use of the charcoal barbecue and electric plancha. The salt-water pool, secured by a fixed barrier, and its sun loungers await you for afternoons in the sunshine. A hot tub is also available on the terrace to complete your relaxation time.
