Villa classified 4 stars with exceptional view of the sea and Iles des Saintes, Marie-Galante, Dominica and Basse Terre - Very quiet location - Enclosed garden - 3 car parking - Salt pool 4 x 10 with relaxation area and outdoor shower and sound grand carbet - wild beach of Anse à la Barque at 50 m, between sea and mangrove - Ideal place for nature lovers - car advised.
Villa for 8 people maximum comprising on the ground floor: two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other 2 90 cm beds) - a shower room with W. C - a fully equipped kitchen - a living room - A very large covered terrace -
Upstairs: two large master suites, one with a baby bed (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with 180), each with its own shower room and separate WC - a large terrace with full sea view.
The prices indicated only concern the villa for a maximum of 8 people.
An independent Bungalow at 250.00 euros per week supplement - only available for a maximum of 4 additional people (rented only with the villa) placed on the same land with sea view also - can accommodate four people - an air-conditioned room bed 140 - shower room W. C, a living room with 140 cm bed and a cot - a covered outdoor terrace.
Additional charges:
Exit cleaning required for 220.00 euros to be paid with the first payment + tourist tax 2.30 euros per night and per adult person to be paid in cash.
A security deposit check of 2,000.00 euros with certificate of resort insurance is to be given to us on the day of your arrival.

Maison conforme à l'annonce pas de mauvaise surprise. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et les grands de la magnifique vue ! seul hic s'il faut en trouver un c'est que la plage en bas n'en est pas vraiment une, peu de sable et pas très propre ... Je recommande cette villa et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir !

Loved the villa and the location! The views were to die for! All was provided for a confortable stay. I would highly recommend this villa for any holiday makers. If you are looking for a luxurious villa to stay in or an adventure filled holiday this villa has it all. The location was great to visit all the sights on the island. We will be going back very soon!
