About this apartment rental
The spacious apartment is completely equipped to welcome our clients and make them feel at home away from home.
We have two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a study, two full bathrooms, one ensuite, a kitchen where you will be able to have everything necessary to cook.

The apartment has WiFi for our customers. We also have a washing machine to use during your stay.
Public transport is at street level and the metro is just a few minutes from the apartment. The neighbourhood has supermarkets, shops and restaurants and other services. The metro stop directly connects with the train station and the airport.
The city centre, Plaça Catalunya is 20 minutes walking, so we always recommend enjoying the streets of Barcelona and its fantastic architecture. It will surprise you.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:
-Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will remain available at all times. Thank you for your understanding.
- Towel replacement, bed sheets, and toilet paper are not included.
- Travel cot:
Price: 30.00EUR per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day and night.
Each additional guest not included in the booking will have a charge of 10 € per night.
- Late arrival:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)
The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.

Location is within walking distance of many attractions including Las Ramblas Host was kind enough to send me a list with sites that were amazing. Rooms were clean.

Traveled for work with a friend. We are both middle aged, seasoned travelers and home owners. There were several cosmetic and structural challenges with the apartment that need to/needed to be tended to. I fixed several things while there, and made a list of items that needed to be taken care of i.e. a broken door handle that feel off constantly. Challenges with airflow through the apartment, as there are no window screens, most windows are within the courtyard. It gets very musty and stuffy. You can get a good breeze with the front patio doors open. Barcelona can get very hot, and you can’t open windows or doors at night for cooler air in this apartment. There is no A/C. There were 2 stand fans that “did the job”. The building is safe and the location was amazing. The apartment absolutely could be maintained better. The point of contact for us was incredibly responsive.
