About this apartment rental
Very nice and quiet apartment, (the bathroom has been renovated in January 2020), a located centrally, only a five minutes by foot to the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, and Espanya Square. Five minutes Montjuic Fair. Five minutes from the metro, and bus. It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall.
You can go giving a walk to the ramblas about 20 minutes and to the town center.
The building has two elevators.
The flat is very bright and quiet.
The flat has nearly everything new, it has 3 bedrooms, one queen size bed, one with bunk bed and the other one with a single bed, it has as well a sofa-bed for two people, It has a kitchen, one renovated bathroom with a big and nice shower and washing machine. There is TV, internet, cable channels, air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and telephone for local calls.
We have some toys for little children, if you need we have a cot and a high seat for children.
It has been decorated with a lot of care to make you a very nice stay and make you to feel like at home.
We want you to have an unforgettable holidays.

It was an amazing stay with some perfect recommendations from the hosts. We wouldn't have found the world's best aubergine parmigiana or the fairy themed bar without their recommendations.

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was in excellent conditions and fully equipped with everything needed during our stay. Even a basket of fresh fruits, milk, juice, coffee and bread were left for us. Rosa and Miguel are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. The communication was great from the start. Rosa and Miguel were so kind to pick us up at the train station and took us to the apartment. We were extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely use their property in any future visits to Barcelona.

Miguel and Rosa were great hosts, from picking us up at the airport and supplying the apartment with snacks and drinks to driving us to the cruise port. The apartment is very convenient to shopping and the metro, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment is off the street, so there is no road traffic, but because it faces into a courtyard, you do hear neighbors and dogs, although the sleeping hours are quiet.

The property owners are very helpful and have thoughtfully stocked the property with basic necessities.
The location is a 7 minute walk from Poble Sec metro station. The building is very clean, secure and safe.
Highly recommend!
