Discover this bright 70 m² apartment located on Avinguda Paral·lel, one of the best-connected areas of Barcelona, ideal for enjoying the city with comfort. With capacity for up to 4 people, the flat is perfect for families, small groups or work stays.



The apartment has three rooms: a double bedroom and two single rooms, offering a practical and functional layout. It features centralised air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year, and a fully equipped kitchen, designed so that you can prepare your meals as if at home.



Located on the sixth and top floor of the building, the apartment stands out for being very bright, thanks to its height and the entry of natural light throughout the day. The accommodation has shared wifi to keep you connected during your stay.



The building has an old lift, characteristic of traditional Barcelona properties, which at times may generate some noise.

Accommodation rules: Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartment's rooms.



Thanks to its location on Avinguda Paral·lel, you will be close to Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public transport, which makes it easy to move around the city and discover its main attractions.

Important notice: From 12 to 30 January 2026, works will be carried out in the entrance hall of the building. The works may generate noise or occasional disturbances during the day. Access to the floor will remain possible at all times.



Currently the building next door is carrying out some works, so during the day it is possible that some noise might be heard.



Please take note of the following important information before booking:



Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.



Baby cot:

Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.



-Additional guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 per night.



-Late arrival:



Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.



Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having knowledge that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony.



NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)

Montjuïc and Green Spaces



Just a few steps away, you can enjoy Montjuïc, a space full of gardens, museums, and viewpoints. You can also visit the Magic Fountain, which is very popular for its nighttime light and water show.

The property was clean and as advertised. However, there were two issues. First, we got there on a Friday and had a question that arose by Sunday AM. There were three of us in the unit and we stayed a week, but the owner supplied only 3 rolls of toilet paper, one tiny bottle of shampoo and one tiny bottle of body wash. As every VRBO and other similar apartments in which I have ever stayed supplied MUCH more, I asked about getting more. We didn't receive a response until late on Monday, so it appeared that they had nobody covering questions from clients over the weekend, which seems inappropriate to me. Second, while they did bring more supplies by Tuesday morning, their initial answer was that "It is only a welcome pack that we offer but usually we do not refill since some guests only stay for 2 days." Yeah, but they knew there were 3 of us and that we staying a week. So, bad answer. Other questions also arose, and the response time was generally 8 to 12 hours, which is pretty slow. Additionally, although the unit was clean, there were items that showed quite a bit of wear, and the second and third bedrooms were really tiny, which wasn't really apparent from the listing. So, overall, it was okay, but I probably wouldn'tstay there again.
