No up to date information on arrival no sunbeds or chairs available at pool area had to sit on grass bothered by ants a welcome pack would be a nice touch

The spaciousness of the apartment and the cleanliness

My own mistake was that I never asked for a balcony but we are booked again in September and I have asked for a balcony 😀

The apartment was lovely and clean had everything you could think of it was a home from home kitchen was great full cooker big fridge freezer dishwasher & washing machine plenty of wardrobes and hangers air con was amazing it was freezing just what we needed I did wonder about the lightweight quilt on the bed but was glad of it during the night. We had a couple of teething problems with the shutters/blinds but an email to the office and they were out the next day so all good.

There were no sunbeds around the pool and as it was grass we bought lilo's instead but were advised by lifeguard no lilo's allowed we thought at first he meant in the pool but no he meant on the grass around the pool so we never used the pool. Also it wasn't a didn't like but we definitely missed the balcony. Also €150 deposit was supposed to be pre-authorisation only however we returned on 11th July and I still haven't had it back bank said definitely left my account Partners on Booking.com said they never took it??????
