Private host made all the difference. Early self-check-in and late check-out arranged without extra charge. Everything about the villa was excellent. Very spacious, inside and out, including two full bathrooms. Large pool. Very well equipped, more than normal.

Любезный и добродушный хозяин. Большая по площади вилла. Охраняемая территория. Большой и чистый бассейн. Личная парковка на территории самой виллы - ставили там байк. Очень удобные рабочий стол и компьютерное кресло. Большой телевизор и аудио система - было приятно вечерами посмотреть фильмы.
Всё было отлично. Может быть могу только сказать, что кровать была для нас немного жестковата. Но это всё, что на мне понравилось)) И то - это вкусовщина)

It was exactly what I was looking for in Pattaya: a small villa with one bedroom, big living room, kitchen and private pool. The kitchen has all the facilities you can wish. The swimming pool is rather small but sufficient and the small garden beautiful. Next to the compound is a restaurant and a food and cloth market. The beach is only in a 10 minutes walking distance down the street.
The communication with the owner is a little bit complicated because is does not live nearby. But we got everything we wanted without trouble.
