Its got everything you need,strangely enough without using the A/C it’s nice and cool during the day.
Simplistic booking in,Franco affable person unpretentious,wish i had of found this place before,so central to everything.

It has everything you need, perfect location close to beach and bus station to airport. Host Franco is wonderful very friendly. Access to pool which is super clean. Bed comfy.

Location is good, easy to reach central Jomtien.
Not too much noise from big streets
Housekeeping works fine..
Owner and reception staff very helpful.
ATM at location, close to big food market.
Pool with bar that serves breakfast
Rooms a bit outdated, water in shower half warm, not really cold or warm. Not much pressure in shower..
But since the building is quite old and a bit outdated it's understandable.
Anyway it's worth the price
