Zentrale Lage. Nähe zum Strand. Restaurant Laundry etc in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Haus war sehr geplegt. Da es kein Hotel mit Ein- und auscheckenden Urlauber ist, herrscht im ganzen Haus Ruhe

This building clearly (message in the lift from the Juristic person) mentions that short term rental (daily, weekly) is forbidden and punishable by law in Thailand. Should this listing continue to be allowed in booking.com if it's an officially illegal activity? On the top of a deposit that you should have to pay to the owner on arrival (He spared me from this), you will have to pay for the cost of water and electricity that you have used. The rate of water is 5 times higher than my own condo in Bangkok (60 THB/m3). Electricity is at high but fair price (7 THB/KW.h). BUT, you have to remember about those extra costs during your stay.

De douche zou wel keer opnieuw mogen worden gekit en kalk vrij maken

Nice big apartment and good location, also had a washing machine so you can do your own laundry if you wanted

there was only one fan in the lounge which did not work very well and none in the bedroom which meant you had to use the air con more often, towels and bed linen you had to pay to be washed. deposit at 10000 bht is very high compared to other apartments.
