Ben situat en un barri modern. L'entorn és agradable i proper a un centre comercial. Si es disposa de cotxe és molt pràctic
La dutxa és una banyera alta sense màmpara ni cortina i la mànega no es pot graduar. El taulell de menjador es una mica petit i incomode. A la cuina només hi havia una copa de vi i els coberts, gots etc. desaparellats

Se puede aparcar y no se tarda mucho en llegar al centro.
El colchón muy blando. El cabecero desconchado y deteriorado. La presión del agua muy floja. Muy sucio el fondo de la taza del baño y la campana extractora. Las sartenes regular. Se nota que está un poco descuidado.
