Proprietatea se afla la o statie cu autobuzul de langa Gara din Brasov. Un apartament, decent, curat si aspectuos. Check in-ul il face clientul, luand cheia dintr-o cutie aflata la intrarea principala a scarii iar check out-ul punand cheia la loc. Comunicarea cu gazda a avut loc doar prin mesaje whats up si a fost una decenta si cu mult respect. Ne-a permis sa intram mai devreme si ii multumim pt acest lucru.
Nu prea a fost caldura in apartament. Desi caloriferele erau deschise, caldura a fost aproape inexistenta. Apa calda am avut.Blocul in care se afla apartamentul este bine izolat si cumva s-a pastrat de la sine caldura in interiorul apartamentului. In perioada de iarna totusi conteaza acest lucru. In rest totul a fost ok. Check in devreme, capsule si plicuri de ceai care au contat pt o zi friguroasa, lenjerie de pat calitativa,prosoape curate si cosmetice de igiena persoanala( gel de dus, sampon).

Apartament foarte spațios, modern și bine dotat, cu o baie mare și foarte frumoasă. Locația este excelentă, aproape de mall-uri și de centrul orașului, Piața Sfatului.
