We liked the fact that we had the whole house including the courtyard for ourselves. Loved it that the host had a Christmas tree etc set up to add to the festive atmosphere given that we were there over Christmas day.
Host was also very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggages at the courtyard after checking out.
Well if there's one thing, it was that the washing machine was in a separate external room that could only be accessed from the outside.

Great Place , really "cozy". the location is great , the parking is in front of the property , the owner corresponds and deliver great service for anything we need.
Highly recommended .
