ComFee Apartment - Ultracentral

First, let me mention this is going to be a long post, not just a property review. I first stayed at Com Fee in 2023. My husband and I had the honour of being the first guests back then, which was refreshing. Felt a lil' bit like the Titanic..."the sheets have never been used before" type of thing. We were impressed with the decorations, the good taste in furniture, the attention to details. We usually don't stay in the same place twice, even though we come to Brasov at least once a year, but we swore we would come back here. This time we brought our son, to show him the type of hidden gems only Brasov can have. Our pattern is to find modern and comfy studios and apartments in the heart of Brasov (near Piata Sfatului and Republicii) and try them out. And we've found a lot over the last years, because this is part of the Brasov vibe: make something new and shiny in an old and dusty building or street. And who doesn't get that...really doesn't taste Brasov at its true nature. I've read some of the reviews for Com Fee, with people complaining about the noise of the old square...or not enough towels...stuff that have nothing to do with how hard these people have worked to make this apartment what it truly is: a masterpiece, a piece of modern luxury in the heart of an old, tired building. And what amazes me is that after 3 years...it's the same. That's hard to keep. Also, I saw they have 3 new studios/apartments now: MooDee, HarmoNee and CoZee. Will deffinitely try them out in our next trips, because I'm sure they're just as amazing as the ComFee. To wrap up...CONGRATULATIONS to these hard working business owners for their ability to capture the Brasov vibe and make us feel we can have both cosy luxury and experience the history of this old city at the same time. Looking forward to try the new ones!

Un loc extraordinar, fff curat , poziție excelentă

The property itself an a best spot. Very good location. Without air conditioning was very uncomfortable but if you don’t come in August it’s a perfect place. The stuff it’s very nice and friendly . They bring a ventilation but 2 days later Overall l recommend it.
