Charm Old Town Accomodation

Perfect location, everything was clean, nice place for a short stay.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it has everything you need. The keys were easy to collect, the design of the studio is very attractive, with a retro feeling.

The location was fenomenal and the rooms wereclean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfy and the host was very friendly and she helped us a lot!

The location is very nice, 5 min walk to the city center It is a charming old apartment, but it comes with its disadvantages The view from the window is very nice, with the Black Church and the old town.

The building has issues with electricity (the electricity in the kitchen switches off when we try to use the electrical stove). At one point, the whole apartment was without electricity, and we had to go outside, close to the entrance from the street to switch on the electricity (it was during the winter, with temperature close to -10°C), by ourselves as it was late in the afternoon and we can not expect the owner to answer quickly in this situation. The apartment was not ready on time (we arrived at 3:30PM for a check-in from 3PM, but we were noticing at 4:10PM that it was ready, again during winter time where you want to get warmer. The building is having a seismic risk issue (with the red circle at the entrance of the apartment), that should have been precised in the description of the accomodation (Romania has issues with seismic activities, and it can be very dangerous if something happens). A window is shared between the bathtub and the bedroom, so if you take a shower and someone is in the bedroom, they might see you.
