Arată foarte bine, exact ca în poze . Foarte curat iar gazda foarte amabilă . Deja ne gândim să rezervăm următoarea vizită .

We had a very late arrival and the host still managed to accommodate us, left the keys in a safe place for us. This place is a hidden gem and you should give it a try.
The downstairs bedroom is all in an open area with the kitchen and the entrance so if anyone upstairs is passing by you will be a little exposed.

The location is right in the middle of the old city center, quite literally in the backyard of the Black Church. Every relevant bar & restaurant is less than a minute's walk away, and the nearby Tampa peak is less than 10 minutes walk away. The best location I have ever been at in Brasov. The house is extremely eye-catching and unique with an extremely pleasant antique design. Old parts of the building (bricks & such) were intentionally left uncovered like "cracks" in the design mentioned above, which further positively enhances the mood and the atmosphere. Every piece of furniture seems to have been meticulously and carefully selected to complement the overall design and it creates a museum-like experience. The house also comes equipped with a garden and seatings, neatly and comfortably inserted into the surrounding courtyard. The view from all windows is neat and pleasant, and due to the extremely large windows, a healthy amount of light constantly bathes the inside of the house. The entire house is visually striking in the most positive way, both from the outside and especially from the inside. The room is temperature-controlled and very easily can be switched from very hot to very cold, and everything in between. I went in the summer, but I imagine it is just as comfortable in the winter. The host was very nice and communicative, eager to discuss not just the house its design and how it was built, but also the history of the surrounding areas. Indoor stairs. I loved these. Two bathrooms.
In the listing for either apartment, a mountain view is advertised. Only one has a small sliver of a mountain view. I was able to view this during the initial tour of the house. The kitchen is advertised to be fully stocked and functional; however the stove has only one functional gas burner (the other three have been artificially disabled), and the oven is completely disabled (intentionally). This was made known at arrival as part of the 'house instructions' manual, but none of this was made available as information when booking the apartment. In short, beware; you will only be able to make tea/coffee and salads (or any other foods that don't really require heating). [IMPORTANT] The building housing both apartments is a small house. It is split into the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor has the entrance, one bathroom, the kitchen area and a living room space clearly meant for a couch & table that was cheekily converted into a bedroom by replacing the couch with a bed. Likely because of this, the table is awkwardly positioned under the stairs with minimal space to traverse it towards the kitchen. The first floor contains a second bathroom and the actual bedroom and nothing else. Critically, the second bedroom is considered the second apartment by the host (I would assume this boast is based on the fact that there are two bathrooms). There is NO WAY to traverse from the second "apartment" directly outside without going THROUGH the first "apartment" (which remember, is essentially just a living room with a bed in it). IN SHORT: It is a house with a living room, a bedroom and two bathrooms. There are no two "apartments". The combo is shared by both advertised apartments. I have discussed all the above with the host, who was gracious in deflecting by my observations.
