Lovely location
The flat has the potential to be a lovely flat, however is very tired looking and needs a revamp, other than the bathroom. Sofa uncomfortable as you can feel the springs and the bed in the smaller room is very noisy due to the springs. The communal area outside is very off putting due to being used as a storage area full of shoes, bikes etc.

Loved the views and a spacious quiet place to stay.
It was difficult to find a suggestion would be the house number on the wall outside and it although there is a fridge there is no freezer, I’d recommend getting one

Posizione fuori mano in posto molto tranquillo adatto a chi vuol stare lontano dalla folla e dal traffico. Posto molto molto silenzioso.
Cucina non attrezzata correttamente, se disponibile deve essere completa del necessario. Pulizia è molto soggettiva ma nella cucina DEVE essere impeccabile.
La casa ha tutto ma serve svecchiarla e curare meglio i dettagli. L’ingresso è condiviso con altro civico.
