Aardig personeel met prachtige villa.

Weet niet of dit vaker gebeurd (volgens mij niet) maar bij ons was er hevige regenval waardoor de begane grond was overstroomd. Personeel kwam met goeie oplossing.

The property was very large and spacious. The location was great and very convenient, with food and shopping available just around the corner. The staff were great and helpful with any requests which were made.

We couldn’t recommend this villa enough. Such a perfect location with lots of shops/restaurants/bars within walking distance. The villa had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing especially our butler Artur who was so helpful and made our stay even more special.

The villa was clean, beautiful, spacious and private. We had such a wonderful experience staying here. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. it truly made our trip special. We were a group of six arriving on different days, and the team was so accommodating, even arranging pickups on separate days without any hassle. A special thank you to the butlers Jeffri, Rangga, Arta, Mega, and Nanda - they were outstanding throughout our stay. Their service was warm, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The villa had everything we could possibly need, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. We especially appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Small touches like filtered water, coffee, tea, and even dental kits made a big difference. They also helped us with laundry, which was returned the next day — very convenient! While we didn’t use the massage or breakfast services, we would have loved to try them given the quality of everything else. Overall, this was fantastic value for money, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The villa is located adjacent to a large gym which was noisy at times, however noise was expected in the busy urban area.
