Apartment was excellent and situated in a great location, between the town and the playa. Facilties were of a very good standard, both bathroom and kitchen were well equiped. Having both oven and hob as well as a washing machine makes it very good for longer stays. The bedroom was lovely as was the bed. The air con worked very well, just as well as although not very hot the week that I was there, it wa very humid. My host was friendly and check in was a doddle. I really enjoyed may stay. Thankyou

I arrived at the apartment to a picture which had fallen from the wall into pieces but was quickly sorted, there are a lot of tiny ants in the apartment but for me they didn't cause me any problems and wasn't much of an issue.

Ok but disappointing, and a dangerous terrace.

Apartment its self was clean and tidy, with everything that we needed.

A sun terrace was advertised in the booking, however it only measured 3 feet x 18 inches. And half of that was taken up by the air conditioning unit. We did complain and were told that we had a beautiful terrace on the roof all to ourselves, turns out the seating and chairs were ready to buckle under our feet, completely rotten, and waiting for an accident to happen, but the worst thing was that the floor , table, and chairs were covered in a pile of bird debris to use a better word an inch thick. Anyone using it would become very sick in a short period.

Stairway to heaven

Great location near the centre but lovely and quiet too. Lovely big TV well equipped kitchen. Spacious lounge. The top floor roof terrace was perfect. Lovely bathroom. Daily sunrise over the Mediterranean. Excellent daily exercise on the steps up and down. The most wonderful view onto Casa Suecia and its gardens below you, a beautiful villa tucked away in the narrow streets.

It would have been good to have a 'user guide' as there was quite alot of stuff there that wasn't obvious how to use. I only realised on my return that the table height is adjustable ! It took me a while to work out how to use the celling fans and adjust the lighting and to change the language on the TV from Swedish so i could operate it properly. USB access to TV would be very useful. The location detail sent to you from the hosts still takes you to a spot on the seafront, nowhere near the actual property. I only knew how to get there by doing my own research before setting off.

Mooi appartement op een unieke locatie

Wij waren al bekend met de locatie en de indeling van het blok waar het appartement zich bevindt. Trappen lopen is onvermijdelijk, zowel richting het centrum als het strand – beide overigens goed bereikbaar. Voor ons geen probleem, maar voor minder mobiele mensen kan dit een uitdaging zijn. Het appartement zelf is netjes, schoon en voorzien van een fijne douche, airconditioning, goed bed en een volledig uitgeruste keuken met wasmachine. Er is een dakterras aanwezig, al oogt dit wat onverzorgd. Erg prettig was dat er strandstoeltjes en een parasol aanwezig waren. Al met al een prima appartement op een levendige locatie, waar je ’s nachts toch rustig kunt slapen en wij graag eens terugkomen.

De klapstoelen in de woonkamer zitten absoluut niet comfortabel er is wel een stoffen bank aanwezig.

L’emplacement

Les chaises /de jardin dans le salon pas du tout confortable surtout pour j’e personne qui as mal au dos .( mettre de chaise pour salon et non pou un jardin ) sinon sa va .et surtout bien nettoyer la canapé après chaque passage des clients qui ont un animal .pas de tapis le carrelage froid .dommage pas d’ascenseur pour les bagages .sinon la personne a été sympa de porter la valise assez lourde pour les marches avant d’arriver à l’appartement et ensuite les monter au 2 étages ..
