The room was spotless and beautifully appointed.
One issue: I stayed at the hotel two weeks prior to this stay and forgot a curling iron. I called the hotel the next day. The receptionist found it and put my name on it. When I checked in again two weeks later I asked the receptionist to retrieve my curling iron in the lost and found and it could not be located. I was told the items get moved to the housekeeping department. It wasn’t located there either. I suggest the lost and found items be kept in a secure location, so others may not help themselves to those things. My situation was emailed to management 24 hours ago. I haven’t heard back from them yet.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was high end luxurious. The rooms were large, clean and very well appointed. The location was safe and convenient.
