Clean and friendly staff
Hockey team was in the lobby for many hours and made it awkward to get to the pool area . Question whether or not they could have been somewhere else in the facility- like a hospitality room/area

Not much. The breakfast area was clean.
The room was dark and dingy, the bed was so uncomfortable. No cots or couch so our teen had to sleep on the floor. The pool was fine but the chlorine was overpowering.
