The location and view of this charming and bright villa just cannot be beat. You can’t get closer to the beach without paying ocean front prices! The Moorings 29 Villa is in a very quiet section of this popular complex within the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Just a 3-minute walk will take you to the beach or Dune House Oceanfront Restaurant…no streets to cross or parking to worry about. A great benefit when you need to go back to the villa to replenish supplies or take a break from the sun!
A 5-minute walk will take you to the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, Big Jims BBQ, Toptracer Golf Range, the Outfitters (to rent bikes & kayaks) and to Alexanders Restaurant for an evening of fine dining. Shelter Cove, home to dining, shopping, marina, and seasonal live entertainment and fireworks is only a mile away, an easy bike ride or quick ride in the Dunes Buggy free shuttle.

The primary bedroom includes all new furniture, a king size bed and a desk. The attached en-suite bathroom features a shower/tub combination, large closet and new vanity with quartz counter. The guest suite features all new furniture with 2 queen beds and 2 new large dressers for extra storage. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combination and also a new vanity area. Both bedrooms have all newly installed luxury plank vinyl floors, ceiling fans and mounted Samsung 45” 4K HD Smart TVs.
There are 2 balconies overlooking the pool located off the living room which can also be accessed from each bedroom. The primary balcony features a new bistro table, the perfect spot to grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or to keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The 4 deck chairs and electric BBQ grill on the other balcony make it an ideal area for conversations with the cook or some quiet reading time.

This place is a prime location within Palmetto Dunes with quick access to the beach or tennis/pickleball / golf. I appreciated the included court times. The place is updated and clean. The balconies are large and lovely areas to enjoy some time. The unit is clean and well appointed.
