Inside, the well-appointed interior boasts a cozy living room with its plush sofa, large TV, and wood stove. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all of the gadgets you need to whip up delicious dishes. The kiddos are attended to during your stay with the home's provided Pack-N-Play and crib.

Appreciate the fresh mountain air from the home's balcony or deck - also ideal for late-night stargazing opportunities. A restful night's slumber is inevitable each evening as you tuck under the soft linens available in each bedroom. A private washer/dryer round out the interior amenities.

A plethora of outdoor recreation opportunities are at your fingertips in and around Florissant! Take in scenic views at Paradise Cove, say hello to the natural fauna at the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, practice your swing at Lion's Den Disc Golf Course, and explore the peaks of Mt. Pigsah, Cover Mountain, and Saddle Mountain.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
