Back at your stay, grab an avocado, grapefruit, tangerine, fig, pomegranate, or some grapes and blueberries (season dependent) before you head inside. Originally built in 1922, the bungalow still boasts some of its old-school charm in the form of original wood flooring and a decorative fireplace.

The living room provides a comfortable space to relax and tune into your favorite shows. Steps from here, the quaint kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a small center island, and a light-splashed dining area. With perks like a separate laundry room and office space - your everyday needs are attended to.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
