Newly renovated home with fully equipped kitchen w/granite bar & stainless appliances; a/c sun porch w/dining; large master suite with King; 2nd BR with Queen and central bdrm/study w/desk & daybed (2 twins); 55" and 32" flat screen TV''s, cable & WIFI; Laundry room w/washer and dryer; Rear outdoor patio.

This is an entire home on a quiet well lit street 2 blocks from the heart of downtown.
Note: Christmas and Thanksgiving require 3 night stay.

We loved the accomodiations. We were staying in Mt Dora for my daughters wedding at Sydonie Mansion and found that the house was very close to the events associated with the wedding. Parking was great at the house but we easily walked to restaurants and shops. It was a huge plus to have two full size bathrooms for our family.

Easy walk to downtown. Owners were very accessible and helpful. Perfect for the four of us for a girls weekend and an extra bonus… the sheets were so soft.

Amazing! We had a great time and would come again. The house was great and the location was perfect. We loved walking to all the shops and restaurants. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. This house has everything you need and more. The host was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
