This historic home is perfectly located in the beautiful Avenues neighborhood with local restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance.

Just 5 minutes drive to downtown shopping and attractions, the Convention Center, Vivint Center and Temple Square. 10 minutes from the University of Utah.

The house features two bright, airy living spaces, functioning wood fire place, a small loft room with twin bed. Master bedroom overlooks a private yard. Full chefs kitchen & laundry.
