Unique 2BR SLC Short Walk to Temple, Shops, Food

We stayed for a week. This was a great experience. We had a cozy, spacious appartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a large living room with an open-space kitchen in-between the bedrooms. The appartment had all amenities (small minor: one more cup than the available three would have been good). A washing machine with drier, soft towels, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, even a generous amount of coffee pods for the coffee maker, all provided. Our room was on the first floor next to a street but one didn't hear any noise from the street. The premises are company-owned and -operated. We had been assigned a parking lot in the subterranean garage in the house. A gym is in the complex. The access information is detailed, illustrated with photographs which was very helpful. Initially, a faucet of the sink in one of the bathrooms was somewhat loose and another faucet in the shower didn't properly switch; when I reported the problem, it was fixed the next day by a very friendly janitor/mechanic.

The software for guest authentification caused problems (my data input wasn't processed) which led to email communication, some of it unnecessary because at some point I communicated with an employee of the company who apparently didn't feed the information back to the system. Shortly before air arrival it kept sending me reminder messages and blocked the access information to the appartment until at the last moment - after arrival at the airport - I reached (via the booking.com portal) a company representative to remedy the situation. The good thing is that the company responded quickly, as in all communication.
