Overall this home is spacious and I would consider coming back. It’s close to the beach, and it was pretty clean upon arrival. We experienced no issues during our stay, which was nice. The only downside is there is no dishwasher, but that’s not a major issue by any means. Also, the cleaning crew will arrive at check out time (10:00 AM) almost exactly, so make sure you’re out by then!

Great house but I would not consider this house as “pool access”. The pool was a 20 minute drive away!! If we had known that we would have picked another house!

Our family vacation and overall experience was not bad at all. A trip back to 1985 says it all! So, if you don't mind an older home setting then this is for you. The layout was spacious and it had tons of character.
We had trouble with the stove and were not able to use it for half of our stay. This was disappointing as we bought food to cook for the week. The Vacasa team went above and beyond trying to accommodate...even brought us a toaster oven.. but it's hard to get parts for an older appliance when you're located on an island. We enjoyed the outside deck each morning, very spacious. The bedlinens and towels were nice to have. The freezer did not have an icemaker so you need to plan to make ice or buy bags as needed.
The walk to the beach access is just a few minutes down the street, but the climb through the dune may be tough for an older person and not convenient to carry lots of beach equipment.
We loved that this house is centrally located in the banks and would definitely entertain the idea of returning to the area. So much to see and explore. It's beautiful here!
