Come and feel the SEA SPRAY when you stay at this beautiful home that's just a short walk to the beach. The ground level features a game room with pool table, wet bar with mini-fridge, one bedroom with a pyramid bunk, and a full bath (also accessible from the outside pool area). The mid level features four bedrooms. There are two king master suites with private baths and TVs. There is also a queen bedroom with a TV that has a semi-private bath shared with the queen bedroom across the hall. Each bedroom has direct access to the shaded wrap-around deck and bubbly hot tub. The top level great room features beautiful views of the sound. Also on this level is another king master suite with private bath and TV. Step up to the ship's watch framed in windows on three sides to enjoy beautiful ocean to sound views. You'll love being able to surf indoors with the wireless high speed internet access. With so much to offer, SEA SPRAY is sure to be a family favorite. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)

This house is in a great location, close to the beach and in a quiet area. It has ample room for a larger family. The house is comfortable but is well-worn. It doesn't appear that the owners have invested much into the upkeep. The flooring is worn and needs replaced. The cleaning crew was there when we arrived and we would have been happy to go do something while they finished but they insisted they were nearly done. The house was not very clean. Clean dishes were left in the dishwasher, the floors were sandy and there was sand in the bottom of several of the showers. There were notable cobwebs as well. I would stay at this house again because its good points far outweigh the bad. It is comfortable. However, the rental company needs a better cleaning crew because they did a very poor job. All three dumpsters were packed to the top when we got there and trash was not scheduled to be picked up for three days so we had no where to put trash until then.

The property itself was large and laid out well. Appliances worked great! Pool was well maintained. The hot tub had missing jets and tripped a breaker twice. The house overall fit our needs, but could use some updates. The deck looked half painted and needed some securing. The chairs and pool area were well kept and the gates were great for keeping little people where we needed them!
Beds were super comfy and plenty of bathrooms!
The lock on the backdoor did not work and despite two calls to the property management agency and a promise to have a repair person come out, nothing occurred and we had to wing it if we all went out. Luckily, nothing happened, but it did not make us feel safe.
Loved the ability to brew a whole pot of coffee or just one cup with traditional coffee maker and Keurig. Loved the giant dining table and breakfast lookout area!

There are pros and cons to renting Sea Spray 410
Pros:
beds are comfortable,
kitchen is well stocked,
pool and hot tub well maintained
The rental price was reasonable
Cons:
first and second floor smelled moldy.
Rugs are grungy and need to be replaced.
Some of sheets of the bed were sandy.
Customer service from Surf or Sound rental was not great. The dryer did not work and the microwave died. I made 3 phone calls and a physical visit to Surf or Sound. The problems were not fixed.
Previous renters left trash bags outside of trash bins. I had to put them in the bins myself.
