Wonderful apartment, charmingly decorated and welcoming! With a suite and a comfortable bedroom, as well as a living room, both air-conditioned, wi-fi and a full kitchen.
Strategically located in Condomínio Quinta das Lagoas, in Itacimirim, it offers an incredible swimming pool, games room, children's playground and security with 24-hour concierge. In addition, it has access to the beach via a small forest reserve road!
We take care of the apartment with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge for water and energy;
***A deposit of R$600.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
