The Garden City Pier, arcade, and various shops & restaurants along Atlantic Avenue are located a short 5 minute walk away.
'Once Upon A Tide' offers 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs. You will find a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 double beds, and a sleeper sofa on the upper level. The lower level has 2 queen bedrooms and a shared bath. There is NO INSIDE STAIRWAY at this home. Please, NO smoking.

We were there during Hurricane Helene, but everything went smoothly. Property owner was staying next door and he came over to make sure we were ok and the house had no damages.
My only concern was the Dunes Realty clerk. Very unprofessional with us and her co workers. The other employees there were very nice and extremely helpful.
Overall, great home on the marsh and we will definitely return! Thanks

Location was perfect! A lot of wildlife to watch on the marsh, a nice yard for outdoor activities and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking for our cars and golf carts. The outdoor shower was great for keeping sand out of the house.
Deep cleaning could have been a little better in the bathrooms and outside cabinet doors but the important parts were clean (bedding, kitchen, etc.). Just a lot of dirt and grime buildup along cabinets and baseboards.

We spent a wonderful week at this property and enjoyed our stay. Our group included ages 18-82 and we put our younger people downstairs so they could have their own space to stay up late and play games. We had plenty of room to spread out and kitchen/dining area made it easy for prep and serving our large group. Loved the decks on front and back and easy access to the beach at the end of the street.
