The two-story house sits on a large landscaped lot between the beautiful Atlantic and the Inlet with panoramic views of ocean and inlet sunsets. The house features both a screen porch and a huge deck off the front that offers a great place to gather with family and friends or just relax and sunbathe while taking in the view. There is plenty of covered parking underneath and play area in the backyard. Included are 2 dogrun lines for your special pet.
A large living and dining combo, roomy kitchen, and two bedrooms on first floor with three bedrooms on the second, offers room to accommodate many but yet privacy when needed. The first floor has 1 king w/ master bath, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa with hallway 1/2 bath. The second floor features 2 queens with 1/2 bath, 2 twins and 2 queens with full bath off hallway. There is an awesome view from the second floor rooms. The home features a bright and cheery interior with a tropical flare. Linens are not included in price but are available for additional fee.

Great location. Perfect accommodations for my family of 13. Of course during our two week stay unfortunately all 13 were not there at the same time. Lisa was always prompt in getting back to me if I had a question. Would stay there again.

We loved staying at Mud monkey!! The house was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 13. It was also very convenient to be right across the street from the beach and there was plenty of parking space for 5 cars, 2 golf carts, and two trailers.

We loved this place! It had easy access to the beach and a short walk to the pier. The house is very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This was our family’s second stay in this house. We came from all over the US to meet there last summer and had such a great time so we booked it again. The house was a block from the beach and was large enough for all of us. There were many upgrades made to the house so it was even better than last year! The deck that was being replaced when we were there last year was finished and we really enjoyed spending time there. We also loved being able to bring our dog with us on vacation. There was even a fenced backyard for the dog to run around in. The only issue has nothing to do with the house. It was the young kids driving their loud pickups up and down the street every evening. Someone called the local police about it but were told they couldn’t do anything unless it continued after 11pm.
