With a private drive and pool, you share nothing with the neighbor! Plenty of seating in both living and dining area, and a kitchen the finest cook will enjoy! Chill with a swim in the pool, nicely decorated pool deck and plenty of lounge chairs. Or relax in a rocker on the porch, taking in the breeze of Garden City Beach. Hard wood floors, tastefully furnished, and with a roomy space with picnic tables for family BBQs. Any way you choose, come and do some with us here at the beach!

The house and location was wonderful. It could use a deep cleaning, new carpet and new mattresses upstairs.

Great location, short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for family to stretch out in the sunny family room/dining room and deck.

There was a empty Dr Pepper can between couch and Kleenex. The shower door was off track in the bedroom upstairs and feel on my husbands foot cutting it. Carpet needs replacement. But I would stay again.
