Your St. Petersburg stay awaits! This house is very centrally located on a quiet block and only a short 20 minutes away from Tampa International Airport, 10 minutes from St. Pete Beach and 5 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg. The Piñellas Trial is only a few short blocks away as well. Our home is perfect for those who want to be able to experience all that St. Petersburg and surrounding area has to offer given the central location and quiet atmosphere many amenities!

This was my very first time going through this process & i just want to say that John was absolutely amazing & attentive to each of our needs! The place was very cute & modern! the surrounding area was a bit on the iffy side but i think it was because i wasn’t used to St. Petersburg especially coming from Boca, nonetheless, everyone enjoyed the vacation & had plenty of rest!😊

The house, we were told by multiple Uber drivers is on the wrong side of town and to be extra careful. We were not scared off or were not bothered by this comment! However, there are some small amenities that I have grown to appreciate the past few years- actual bottles of shampoo / conditioner / soap / lotion be provided. A plug for the tub, so I can actually take a bath. TV’s in the bedrooms. Mow the grass. Bottles of water provided. Just a few extra amenities to maybe add going forward. Also, some better pillows in the master bedroom and maybe not have torn screens in the back patio. Also I know it is FL, but maybe get the bugs in bathroom under control…..I kept having to wash down sink and the windowsill was full.
