This space is very special. The daybed living room is very practical and for the cost, full access to all St. petersburg has to offer.
The manager was very responsive to our questions and even gave us a weather warning on particular day. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and found it a good, central location between beach and downtown. Bus service was really handy for us, and Kyle was always ready to help.

We were staying 1 month and this place fitted us very well. Marta was very quick to respond. Norma, our weekly maid was great.
It is hidden away from the street, so on line mapping may give the wrong impression. It is a nice clean suite, good appliances. Would not recommend for individuals with walking difficulties because of stairs and having to cross Hwy 200.
Enjoyed our stay. Easy walk into downtown area , beaches and markets.

I stayed at this property for one night. While the communication with the property team was quick and they promptly refunded a proportion of my stay, there were some notable issues with the property itself. The space had a strong smell of smoke, which made the stay less comfortable. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear and could benefit from a bit of care. Additionally, the outdoor area needed some attention to bring it up to its full potential.The responsiveness of the hosts was appreciated, but I hope these aspects can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
