Location, location, location. Home is within 10 minutes to beaches in one direction or 10 minutes downtown st pete in the other. Right around the corner is the historic kenwood district which boasts arts, parks, cafes, and bars.
Beautiful, private home that was completely updated in 2021. There are 3 bedrooms, including a large, sunlit master bedroom with private bathroom. Kitchen includes stainless steel, brand new appliances. You will fall in love with this home. Directly outside of the kitchen is a large patio. Enjoy the water and get some sun in the private pool!

We stayed for 30 days and this home met all our needs and was very comfortable. Close to stores,restaurants, beaches, attractions. The owner was very responsive to our questions and small issues that came up. Definitely recommend and we will be back!!!

My wife and I rented this home for the month of February and had some family join us for a while as well. The home is very clean, updated and comfortable. The location is great and it is honestly only 10-15 minutes from most anywhere we went including the beaches. Many stores in the area so picking up groceries etc. was very good. The check in and out process was very well communicated and was really seamless. Definitely looking forward to staying again.

The house was ok but wasn’t the cleanest. The sheet linens and comforters just didn’t seem very fresh smelling and the quality was poor. My daughter kept mentioning all the spiders in the back bathroom. The pool wasn’t cleaned until our 4th day there. Garbage disposal wasn’t working
