The Space:
Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Silver Beach 302 is ideally located on the third floor, offering beautiful direct gulf-front view from the living room, kitchen and dining area and master bedroom.
The development sits along a beautiful stretch of Alabama's sugar white sandy benched and shimmering turquoise waters!!
The balcony has unique aluminum handrail system with tempered glass panels which makes viewing all of that beautiful white sand and emerald, green water easier when sitting on your balcony. Also, it is popular with parents with small children as there are no railings to stick little hands and feet through! This unit has one "angled" section of rails which widens your direct Gulf view as well. Guests will love the beachside pool, expansive sundeck, and BBQ grill area.
Silver Beach 302 is a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo with tile floors throughout, granite countertops, a well-stocked kitchen with a regular drip coffee maker, cozy furniture, stunning views, a spacious balcony, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. The living area offers a couch, two chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. The dining table seats four, with two additional spots at the breakfast bar. Featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, this condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests.
Three major shopping centers directly across the street offers owners and guests all their immediate needs. Choose from Publix, Rouses and Walmart markets for grocery needs as well as numerous shops and restaurants, including some area favorites such as Moe's BBQ and the Beignet shop.
You must purchase parking pass upon arrival to the complex separate from reservation. $40 each with max of 2. If you have a third vehicle, we offer parking at our office, which is a 1/2 mile from complex, for $50.

The complex features amenities such as a beach side pool, BBQ grilling area, and on-site security. Beach chairs are provided by a third-party beach service company and can be rented once you arrive. They cost roughly $30/day or $150 for the week, which gets you 2 chairs and an umbrella. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own. Conveniently located near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer, Silver Beach is a great vacation destination.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
NEW HOA Parking policy: Any booking made after 2/1/26 must register vehicle on the parking app and purchase parking pass upon arrival to the complex separate from reservation. $40 each with max of 2. If you have a third vehicle, we offer parking at our office, which is 2 miles from complex, for $50.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

Fabulous condo! My favorite part was the balcony! The condo was comfy and clean and perfect. My only complaint is that the trip was not long enough! Ha! Thank y’all for allowing us to stay!

We have stayed at Silver Beach before. Great location to the beach, restaurants, and activities. The appliances for this unit were very outdated. Overall cleanliness at check could have been better.
