About this apartment rental
This 3rd floor unit is available for January and February 2025 and is hosted by Coastal Properties in Orange Beach Al. It features a nice sofa sleeper and recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and the extra half bath is a great added feature. The direct gulf front balcony is located right off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Everything was great and perfect size for a couple. Like the half bath in the hallway. Great views from the balcony. Awesome location as you can walk across the street to many stores and restaurants.

We called at 430 pm to tell the management we would not be there until 530 pm. There was no envelope with our parking pass or our door code left in the after hours lock box like she said. We arrived at 530 in the sweltering heat. After over 20 calls to the only 2 numbers we had for the management company, noone ever answerered. The on site security gaurd finally made some calls after an hour of standing around in 95 degrees and 90 % humidity. The manager apologized and said she would get us a gift card. We never received a gift card and will never stay in those condos again or anything Costal manages. We go to Orange beach every year. And this was the worst experience!
