Ideally located to enjoy what Tampa has to offer, walk across the street to the University of Tampa, or 2 blocks away to the Riverwalk. A 5-10 min Uber/Lyft ride will get you to Amalie Arena, Ybor City, or anywhere in SOHO. 15 min from the airport and 30 min from the beaches. When you’re ready for a rest, relax in the back porch hammock with a book and great view of Tampa, or enjoy curling up in the living room in front of the TV!
The Space:
There are 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom, a living room off of the kitchen, and a screened-in porch. The master bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full size bed with a large closet, and the second bedroom has a full-size bed with a small closet.
A fully stocked kitchen with a full stove and oven gives you plenty of food options or you can walk two blocks to local restaurants.
The living room is cozy and has a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube TV included.
There is parking in front, beside, or behind the building
