Newly and beautifully furnished from top to bottom, this elegant, two-story townhome in Hyde Park gives you unbeatable access to one of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Tampa.
This newer, 2,600-square-foot home sits within a half-mile stroll of South Howard Avenue, the epicenter of dining and nightlife in upscale Hyde Park. In the surrounding blocks, you'll find more than two dozen restaurants, gourmet markets, coffee shops, Pilates and yoga studios, and several spas. You'll be less than a mile from the University of Tampa, the boutiques and stores at Hyde Park Village, and even the heart of downtown Tampa.
Spend a day exploring Harbour Island or the Ybor City Historic District and come home to a polished living space full of lovely furnishings, elegant fixtures, and soft neutral tones. Just off the entry hall is a fun-filled game room, offering air hockey and a game table for nightly board game battles.

House was as described. Very clean and beautiful. We will stay there next time we are in Tampa. It was t far from things to do, neighborhood was safe, we walked to Walmart for a few supplies. The house had everything we needed.
