Unique private apartment tucked in the woods less than a mile from Chautauqua Lake (fishing & recreation), on the snowmobile trails (s43), only minutes from downtown Jamestown, the National Comedy Center, Bemus Point, multiple breweries and The Chautauqua Institution.
The best part of this property is staying in the beauty of the woods a stone throw from the i86 expressway, the Jamestown Airport and only a couple miles from downtown Jamestown. The bar/game room is the best part.

We were very impressed with this beautiful property. It was a perfect place for our overnight stay for my son's wedding nearby. Accommodations were very comfortable. We had no complaints with the property.

Great location...lower level game room...we enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Upstairs studio apt. Very clean, nice bathroom and kitchen areas...matresses and pillows are a little rough...bring your own pillow. Overall, great stay. Hosts let us do our thing, which we appreciated.
