The primary suite has a California king bed and an adjacent dressing/vanity/bathroom area with two sinks, walk in closet, walk-in shower and enclosed w/c. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a home office set-up and an adjacent bathroom. Serendipity has two pools and spas with a beautiful clubhouse and a screened "pool porch" with a summer kitchen. Serendipity is located on the south end of Pelican Bay. Stroll to the private beach or take the tram to enjoy three miles of Gulf sugar-sand beaches and unsurpassed sunsets. Kayaks, canoes and sunfish are there for the asking or just enjoy the private beach clubs. The spacious community center offers state of the art fitness center and wellness studio, computer lounge, art classes, exercise classes, tennis courts, pro shop and much more.
