Single level condo with open floor plan and spacious living area; updated galley style kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and appliances; nicely appointed bedrooms with newly tiled bathroom suites and spacious closets; with LBT flooring throughout. Located on outskirts of downtown Athens, close enough to hear the Dawg Nation roar when the Dawgs score, and a 15 minute walk to stadium, the Greenway & Firefly Trail, restaurants and retail shops. Washer/ dryer, rear patio, & backyard with pool access.

We were in Athens for a recruiting visit with Georgia Football. We opted for a VRBO instead of a hotel, and glad we did because this property was very clean and comfortable. The location was also very close to facilities, campus, and downtown which was very convenient. We highly recommend this property and will try to rebook the next time we are back for a visit!

Excellent stay, property is as described - clean, some fun additional details like games, etc. and location is excellent for accessing downtown and the Stadium.

Great location, the cleanliness and amenities provided in the apartment. Would love to stay again but do you have more VRBO in the same complex? Have several parents who would be interested in staying with us in the near future. Please advise. Will book again soon!
