Our home accommodates 8 guests comfortably in beds. There's also a futon that provides an additional sleeping spot for 1.

Wow!! Perfect house for an event weekend in Athens. We fit 8 adults and 4 kids (all under 5) with no problem at all. The house is wonderfully located, well prepped and the beds were very comfy! I highly recommend staying for any weekend event!

My family and I absolutely adored the property! The parking, lovely decor, and clean and functional spaces afforded our family a place to not only unwind during graduation weekend, but also provided an inviting place to create memories. Morning coffee and evening conversations on the deck, balcony, and porch were a hit, and the kind and personable neighbors truly added to the overall experience. The kitchen amenities were a hit as well! Thank you Jennifer for rendering a warm greeting and prompt responses. I would definitely check your property’s availability for our next visit!

This property was even better than advertised! Spacious, yet cozy — lots of attention was given to details that made our experience great! The home was also in a great location — walking distance to the Oconee River Park (.5 miles) and only a 5-minute drive from downtown Athens. The host was responsive to questions leading up to our stay and I am confident that she’d have been equally attentive had we had any issues during our stay. We didn’t though, and wewould stay again!
