This transitional neighborhood offers several lovely greenways and parks within walking distance. Perfect for a leisurely stroll, morning run, or simply enjoying a quiet start to your day.
Free parking is available behind the cottage for up to 3 vehicles, with additional curbside parking in front. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Access the property via the Schlage Encode lock at the side entrance.
2-story cottage featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, a living area with a large sectional and Apple TV, and a dining table for 6.
The front porch has an outdoor dining space and wicker chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The side patio includes a fire pit with seating for 6–8, ideal for cozy hangouts on cooler nights. A washer and dryer are available on the first floor.
Downtown Athens and Sanford Stadium are both less than a mile away, making walking an easy option. Uber and Lyft are available for anyone who prefers not to drive.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our short trip to Athens. As promised, everything was walking distance or a short drive away. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy each other's company and then retreat to our rooms for quiet time. The beds were comfortable and the murals and decor were inviting. Alex and Meredith were exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and helpful. This house and Cozy Artist Properties are on the top of the list of places to stay. Thank you for allowing us to rent from you.
